INCORRECT ADDRESS / INCORRECT DELIVERY / LOST DELIVERY

We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company by the purchaser. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

NoreGistera shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier’s control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
